Gordon Toms
The tuition and encouragement he received from what was then Falmouth School of Art during his days as a student of painting provided Gordon with a sound mental foundation and skills platform.
This was crucial to his selection by the BBC for special training for BBC2, and his subsequent successful career in the high-pressure world of staging design for television, film and theatre.
Now returned to Cornwall, he is once again tapping those skills in his studies from life.
